The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

• Processing time:
  Personalised Timber Signs: Order is verified and then a proof will be emailed to you for approval. Once approved the signs will be handmade and painted at our home studio in Dalby QLD. Please allow 2 weeks for the signs to be created.
  Homewares by Jaclyn: Once order is verified, please allow 2 weeks for the handmade homewares to be created if not currently in stock.
• Shipping time:
  Personalised Timber Signs: Once the sign is completed, the sign will be sent via Aust-Post or Aramex. Please allow 7 business days.
• Other Products: will be sent within 3 business days.

All orders will be provided with a tracking number.
